Vintage Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus Pennant

Offering this nice vintage felt pennant from someone's visit to the CIRCUS -- Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey.
The Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus closed in 2017, but here is a brief history to this fascinating type of show that captivated children for 100+ years:
According to Wikipedia: Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, the circus started in 1919 when the Barnum & Bailey's Greatest Show on Earth, a circus created by P.T. Barnum and James Anthony Bailey, was merged with the Ringling Bros. World's Greatest Shows. The Ringling brothers had purchased Barnum & Bailey Ltd. following Bailey's death in 1906, but ran the circuses separately until they were merged in 1919.

This is one of the nicer designs I've seen but it needs a new home with a circus collector.
The screened illustration features the TRAPEZE act with four trapeze artists shown and several animals with a lion tamer.
Size: 8-1/2 inches (at it's highest) and almost 24-inches long.
Condition: Very good, slight damage to the little felt strips on the left. You can iron out the slight crimp in the tip on the right (slight fraying on tip).  NOTE: the color is a deep maroon (the photo may make it look black but it is maroon).
It will be shipped rolled in a tube.
