This type of plastic toy was found in dime stores or your local 5 & 10 or stores.
This is from the the late 1960s or early 1970s and never sold and is New old stock and are mint. (tough to photograph, but is mint in person).
Hong Kong plastic, in excellent condition, not brittle, but would use as a display only, as playing with it, could break it.
This is a plastic skeleton and is about 4.75" high.
