Universal Movie Monster, The Creature From The Black Lagoon Figure, Made in the USA, Marx Recast.
Condition:
Any wear is due to age and bulk storage; not being played with, displayed or mishandled.
Creature's left shoulder fin may be slightly nicked or dinged (Photo #5)
Everything is in tact, with only minor scratches and/or dings.
Product Information:
Made in the U.S.A, using the original Marx Molds.
Pictures listed are representative of the actual figure you will receive.
May have slight variations in color depending on the lot.

Payments
/ Shipping / Returns:
As an eBay Managed Payments seller, you have a variety of payment options.
They include: PayPal, major credit cards, debit cards, eBay gift cards, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
Payment is to be made within 2 days of purchase or auction close.
After the 2-day window, we will contact you with a payment reminder.
If we receive no response and payment is not made within that window, the item(s) may be relisted.
If it's an auction, we than may sell the item(s) to a second chance bidder.
We will also have to open an unpaid item case with eBay for resolution.
No international shipping; we only ship within the U.S.A.
Once payment has fully cleared, your package(s) will usually ship out next business day.
We can only control when a package ships out; any delivery date given by eBay / USPS, is their estimate; not our guarantee.
The USPS is the only shipping carrier we use (First Class Package, Priority, Media Mail or Parcel Select)
No requests for shipping upgrades will be entertained, whether it be through the USPS or not.
Make sure before the purchase or bid, that your address on file with PayPal or other payment method is correct.
We can only ship to the address you initially used to complete the purchase; that eBay has verified for us to ship to.
We will not entertain requests for address changes or shipping to a different address.
For questions or concerns about a recent purchase, please send a message before leaving feedback or submitting a return.
We will respond promptly and can always work out a solution to your problem.
If a return is necessary, you have 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be received back in the condition it was originally shipped to you.
We reserve the right to deduct a portion of money back on a return, under eBay's policy.
Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, and tracking info must be sent to us for verification.
Once we receive the return, verify the contents and condition, a refund will be issued; usually in 1-2 days.
For insured item(s) with damage caused by the carrier, you as the package recipient will have to file the claim.
