Vintage PRS USA McCarty Pickups Pair
This is a pair of Paul Reed Smith American-made humbuckers circa 1994.
Pickups are in excellent cosmetic shape and functionally excellent with zero issues.
Both pickups feature black coils, nickel adjustment screws, brass bottoms stamped "PRS USA", with gold/black labels.
McCarty Treble pickup:
Bridge position.
3-wire type for coil tap wiring (if desired).
Resistance (measured on my VOM):
Both coils together (blk-shield leads): 9.09K
Single coil mode (blk-wht leads): 4.55K
Lead length: wht 5.25", shield 8", blk 9.25"
McCarty Bass neck position pickup:
3-wire type for coil tap wiring (if desired).
Resistance (measured on my VOM):
Both coils together (blk-shield leads): 9.09K
Single coil mode (blk-wht leads): 4.55K
Lead length: wht 11", shield 11.25", blk 12.25"
Bring your vintage or modern PRS back to factory spec, or upgrade your other (or import) PRS model for that signature Paul Reed Smith sound. Also makes a nice upgrade for your Gibson so you can channel your inner Duane Allman (who knows? He probably would have played 'em if he could have got his hands on a Paul Reed Smith)!
Sold without springs or screws (or multimeter).
