  • Condition: This book is pre-owned but intact. It looks like the drawings were traced in pencil. I'm not sure if that was done by Ms. Smith as part of selling the book, or by a prior owner of the book.

    This Original Kittie Smith Armless Dynamo Woman Circus Sideshow Freak Pitch Book is an incredibly rare piece for any collection.  A horrible accident required Ms. Smith to do what she could to manage on her own and she did it.  She was an artist, a sewer, and more, all without arms.  Examples of her work are published in the book.  There are a few photographs of her as well.  The book is approximately 6"x5".  This is truly an incredible piece of history and story of perseverance.
