So, if you have a 'boil order' or water from a swimming pool, pond, stream you can filter it and make it safe to drink.
I now ONLY  use premium filters made in the USA  with an activated charcoal core.
YES, they cost more, BUT I will NOT go cheap on the filters.
These plastic water tanks both upper and lower tanks are Food Grade, USDA approved.

This filter kit is 4-gallons, square plastic upper and lower tank design.

People are always asking will this filter water out of a pond and make it safe to drink?
(The answer is NO) because viruses are to small to filter out with any gravity fed water filter.
But I will include information on how you can use (pool shock, household bleach or UV lights) to kill all viruses in your water and (THEN you filter it, and then it will be safe to drink).
All 3 of these methods are very inexpensive and easy to use.
