ere's a handy tool for tightening the hood wires on Champagne and Belgian beer bottles.  Makes twisting wires a breeze!  A pull and spin makes a firm closure, no more bloody hands!  Makes twisting champange wires a breeze, saving time an unnecessary effort on bottling day. Much easier than using your fingers or a pair of pliers.  A sturdy item, made of wood and galvanized rod stock.

raditionally, wire hoods (Muselets) require six half-turns to open.  This tool allows you to be quick and precise in securing your wire hood muzzles.
INSTRUCTIONS:
After securing the cork, place a wire hood on top.  Place the loop of the wire hood on the hood of the tool, give a pull to tighten, and start turning the handle.  It will twist the wire evenly, tightening the hood around the cork.  When the hood wire is tight, you are done.  Make it look like this:
